Cactus Electronics designs and manufactures custom wiring harnesses and cable assemblies. The main product lines are:

Engineering & Testing Capability

The R&D team has more than 10 years of wire harness industry experience and supports the full process from design to mass production: requirement review and feasibility study, 2D/3D drawings and BOM prepared to IPC/WHMA-A-620, prototype samples in 3–7 working days, and design revisions based on customer test feedback. Engineering support covers material selection, durability and water-resistance improvement, and installation-friendly design.

Production uses more than 20 automated wire harness machines and more than 20 plastic injection molding machines. Every assembly passes 100% electrical testing (continuity, insulation resistance and withstand voltage), and the in-house reliability lab performs temperature and humidity cycling, salt spray, connector insertion/withdrawal force and cable bending tests. In-process sampling is 10%, with 100% final inspection before shipment.

Quality & Certification

Cactus Electronics is certified to ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and UL, and manufactures to the IPC/WHMA-A-620 workmanship standard. All raw materials comply with RoHS and pass incoming inspection. The QC-to-production personnel ratio is 1:3. The quality control process covers supplier management, incoming material inspection, first sample inspection, in-process self-inspection and IPQC checks, OQC finished-product inspection and pre-shipment sampling with a shipment report. All process data, pictures and reports are managed in the ERP system, and inspection records are kept permanently.

Custom projects follow a six-step flow with defined lead times:

• Requirement & quote alignment — itemized quotation within 1–3 days
• Sample fee & drawing confirmation — 2D/3D drawings for review and sign-off
• Sample production & validation — 3–7 working days, shipped via DHL, FedEx or UPS with a test report
• Mass production — typically 20–30 days, with 10% in-process sampling and 100% final inspection
• Shipment — air freight (3–7 days) or sea freight (20–30 days); DDP available
• After-sales — 1-year warranty on material and workmanship defects, 24-hour response support
